Booking Policy
Planning fees are paid upfront before any booking or contracting begins. Minimum lead time: 6 months. LMS Travel Group retains supplier and hotel commissions — these are not passed back to the client. All vendor contracts are managed by LMS Travel Group on your behalf.

Once approved, LMS Travel Group handles everything: venue contract, room block, ground transfers, group experiences, F&B coordination, and attendee communications. You stay informed without being in the weeds.
Every detail is in place before anyone boards a flight. Post-trip, LeeAnn provides a debrief summary so you have documentation for future planning and internal ROI conversations.
